I told them my needs and they worked with me and I had no problems at all. It was a huge weight off of my shoulders to find a comfortable, accessible home for my service dog and me. Any problems I had were taken care of very quickly by the building manager. Unfortunately, I was only able to be there for a year on account of health reasons but if I ever need another apartment again the first company I would call is Dudley Realty, Inc.. I will definitely miss my apartment, but most importantly I felt at home with their team. Thank you so much from the bottom of my heart."

"As like other families, throughout the years we have moved to other states and don’t get to see each other regularly. We had a summer cottage across the lake for 25 years. In 2006, our cottage was destroyed in a mud slide. This home has given my family an opportunity to reflect, remember and reconnect as to why we love Cooperstown. This home was complete in every aspect for us. The only thing we needed to do was buy our food. They provided us with a beautiful home, spectacular grounds and water activities (kayaks, paddle boards and numerous floats) that made it especially enjoyable for all ages. I would recommend to everyone this very special place."

"We had such a great stay! The condo is in a great location (beaches, restaurants, airport and grocery store) all in working distance. The condo is spacious and has everything needed. There were extra towels and cooking amenities in the kitchen. All kitchen appliances needed. The AC worked great and the balcony was our favourite with the best views of planes and beach! There is paid laundry in the basement we used. The pool and hot tub were great for non beach days. We were very pleased with all the extras (sunscreen, bug repellent, butter and ketchup in fridge), towels, blankets, toilet paper. The condo was well stocked. The TVs worked great and both had iptv. One of the best airbnbs I’ve stayed in the world!"

"The house on Academy Street was perfect for our family during our son’s time at Dreampark. It was clean, comfortable, and had everything we needed. The outdoor area with the grill was a great bonus, and having a washer and dryer was essential for our long stay. We would definitely stay here again!"
