I told them my needs and they worked with me and I had no problems at all. It was a huge weight off of my shoulders to find a comfortable, accessible home for my service dog and me. Any problems I had were taken care of very quickly by the building manager. Unfortunately, I was only able to be there for a year on account of health reasons but if I ever need another apartment again the first company I would call is Dudley Realty, Inc.. In 2006, our cottage was destroyed in a mud slide. This home has given my family an opportunity to reflect, remember and reconnect as to why we love Cooperstown. This home was complete in every aspect for us. The only thing we needed to do was buy our food. They provided us with a beautiful home, spectacular grounds and water activities (kayaks, paddle boards and numerous floats) that made it especially enjoyable for all ages. "Highly recommend this home - it was perfect for our family and the owners were wonderful. The house was in a great location - less than 10 min from All Star Village and a quick drive to the restaurants on Main Street. The house was clean, spacious and had everything we needed. The kitchen was well stocked with nice and seemingly new dishes, cookware, serving dishes and even plenty of tupperware for leftovers. Was thrilled to find a full size, practically new washer/dryer. The bedrooms were comfy and had plenty of space for all of our belongings. There was more amenities than I expected and did not have to worry about stocking any of the basics. A very pleasant surprise. No question that this house made our week easier and more enjoyable. Thank you!!"
